In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the 2026 Seongnam Bio-Healthcare International Convention (hereinafter "SBIC") establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
SBIC processes personal information to receive and confirm event pre-registrations, to provide guidance to participants, and to deliver notices related to event operations.
2. Personal Information Collected
Name, affiliation, contact number, and e-mail address
3. Processing and Retention Period
Collected personal information is retained for up to three months after the event closes, and is destroyed without delay once the retention period has elapsed.
4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
SBIC entrusts personal information processing tasks to the Secretariat for the purpose of running the event.
5. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects
Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information.
