For the purpose of registration for the 2025 Seongnam Bio-Healthcare International Convention (SBIC 2025), the personal information collected will be used for the following purposes.
• Identity verification, event registration, detailed event information and guidance, and event promotion (marketing).
■ Items of Personal Information to Be Collected (Required / Mandatory)
• Name, organization, position, mobile phone number, e-mail address, etc.
■ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
• The collected personal information will be used solely for administrative processing related to the Convention, and will be securely destroyed immediately after the conclusion of the event.
■ Right to Refuse Consent and Possible Disadvantages
• You have the right to refuse the provision and use of your personal information.
However, as this information is essential for identity verification, refusal to provide it will make event registration impossible.
