The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:
• Event Participation and Service Provision: Processing and confirming applications for participation in SBIC, and providing event-related information and content.
• Participant Management and Event Operations: Verifying applicants, registering and managing event participants, providing event-related notices and updates, and responding to participant inquiries and requests.
• Event Promotion and Operational Purposes: Providing information about the event and related activities, monitoring participation status, and using statistical data for event operations.

■ Personal Information Collected
The Company collects the following personal information for SBIC participation registration and event operations:
• Information Collected: Name, Company / Organization, Phone Number, Email Address, Job Title, etc.
• Method of Collection: Submission of the participation registration form.

■ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Company retains and uses the collected personal information for two (2) years from the date of collection. Upon expiration of the retention period, the personal information will be destroyed without delay. However, if retention is required under applicable laws and regulations, the information will be retained for the period prescribed by such laws and regulations.
